What you need to know
At World Class Learning Academy, we are dedicated to providing students with a personalized and customized education. In order to ensure the smooth progression of the student's curriculum, our policies and refunds clearly define the respective responsibilities of the academy and our students.
What is the World CLass Learning Academy Enrollment AGREEMENT?
The World Class Learning Academy Enrollment Agreement is intended to make the relationship with our families clear, and to set forth the policies that govern the relationship. WCLA partners with you to provide educational services and support for each of our students. Your payment provides you with enrollment in the school, and limited teacher services. Your fees pay for the administrative services, ongoing customer support services and education support services including data evaluation and curriculum development. The World Class Learning Academy Enrollment Agreement is signed after a student is admitted to our school.
What if my child DOES NOT MEET YOUR ENROLLMENT CRITERIA?
If a student does not meet the enrollment criteria, you may elect to receive 100% of your application fee refunded. Once you receive notification that your child does not meet the criteria just contact us to request your refund.
What if my child IS PLACED ON A WAIT LIST FOR ENROLLMENT?
If a student is placed on a wait list, you may elect to whether you wish to remain on the wait list or not. However, your application fee is non refundable. Once you receive notification that your child has been placed on a wait list, just notify us if you wish to remove them from the list.
What if my child needs to withdraw from school?
We require a 30 calendar day notification before a student can withdraw. Fees are accrued up to the last day of enrollment even if the student elects to withdraw before the end of the 30 days.
Please note that your application fee is also non refundable.
What if my child needs to change their curriculum?
We expect your child to continuously change their curriculum. There is no charge for adding or dropping a course.
WHAT IS THE ENROLLMENT PERIOD?
Each student that is enrolled, must be enrolled for a minimum of 1 year. It is hard work to make a student succeed. We prefer not to enroll parents who keep looking for the next best thing. Our program is geared towards giving students long-term success and as such we need the requisite time to build up the skills of students. This is a strictly enforced policy and there are no exceptions to this policy.
What is your extension policy?
WCLA does not operate like a regular school and there are no start and end dates to a course. As long as the student is enrolled, they are able to continue studying any course, as they are all available all the time.
